Question Clutch-like fan noise on startup on a new HP laptop ?

Hi Guys,

I've just taken delivery of an HP Spectre 16 x360 Laptop (2024), and noticed that whenever the fans kick-in, there is a clutch-like sound. I didn't notice this on my last 2024 Spectre. Is this normal?
