I bought a PC from CLX and have experienced multiple crashes while playing games. Normally, my pc will run fine for 5-10 minutes, then it would just crash. I called them and they said the issue could be overheating but I have 12 fans and water cooling but we sent it back anyways to see if they could find and fix the issue. They sent it back and it was fine the first day but then it started crashing once again and I don't know what to do about it anymore.

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the latest graphics driver

Can this still be returned? The fact that they sold a PC with these components with that PSU and now seem to be unable to resolve issues does not suggest a company one should want to do business with. Cheap, group-regulated PSUs shouldn't even be allowed with parts like these from the configurator at a reputable company.

I am fairly sure it can be returned or I could ask them to change the PSU but I wouldn't know a good one. Do you have any recommendation's?
