cm devastator mouse randomly turning off

Hi, I recently purchased the coolermaster devastator keyboard and mouse combo, the keyboard works perfectly but the mouse randomly turns off and on, this is a problem for me as I tend to do alot of gaming and it would become an issue after a while. Has anybody here had a problem with this particular mouse before or even better, knows how to fix it?

hmm, well it was having this issue from the first moment I used it, can probably try and get a partial refund off of the seller I expect, not sure if I'll succeed though.

well I got a 15% refund from £27, is anyone able to recommend a proper gaming mouse for around £30 that will actually work with no problems?

unfortunately as it's a keyboard and mouse combo thats all they were willing to give me as I'm happy to keep the keyboard, don't mind spending a little extra for a proper mouse though anyway.
