I'm buying a used r9 290 4GB Tri-X OC for 290 €.

So as the topic says, i would like to know if my PSU, a Coolermaster g650m, can handle the Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Tri-X OC (UEFI) New Edition?

Here is the rest of my computer:

CASE: Coolermaster N600
PSU: Coolermaster G650M
M/B: Asrock z77 extreme 4
CPU: i5 3470
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8gb 1866mhz Dual Channel
[strike]GPU: Gainward GTX960 2GB OC [/strike] Sold
HDD: Toshiba 1TB 64mb cache 7200rpm
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
CPU Watercooler: Coolermaster seidon 120v Ver.2
DVD-ROM
FAN CONTROLER: Bitfenix Recon
FANS: 1x Aerocool 120mm & 2x Bitfenix spectre 120mm

Nothing is overclocked yet, so i would also like to know if there is enough power for the card and if yes, approximately how much and what additions could i apply (HDDs, fans, gpu cooler etc) or a small overclock in the future before i need to buy a new PSU.

Thank you all in advance for your time and effort.

Not a whole lot. I am guessing maybe 30 watts or so. If you plan to add a GPU for multi-gpu configurations, move to an 850 W psu. IF you only plan to replace R9 290 with a more powerful GPU like R9 Fury, it will be ok. Although, Corsair G series is not something that I will stress to its rated value. Not very built supplies.
