Question CM hyper 212 not synced w/ mobo

Does an msi b550m mortar compatible w/ cm hyper 212 cpu cooler? Cuz I cant seem to change the hyper212 rgb using the mystic light. TIA

Yes, it'll work with the board but what processor will you be pairing that board with? How is the Cooler connected to the system? If you have the inline controller for the RGB connected, then that's what you use to control the RGB. If you don't have the RGB version of the Hyper212 cooler, then you don't have RGB.

I have the rgb version, its only on rainbow and it doesnt change on the mystic light (software) unlike my ram and case fans. Btw, im using a ryzen 5 3600x.
