CM Hyper H411r fan replacement

Hi guys,
Is there a way to replace fan on Hyper H411r with another fan?
Or is there a way to turn of leds on fan without cutting wires?

Tried to unclip the attachement clips from the fan? If they come loose should you have no worries.
