CM Hyper TX3 Evo cooler vs Deepcool ICEEDGE 400 XT

I am confused between these two heat sinks and I have a mid size cabinets and larger ones won't fit and I am planning to overclock my cpu phenom 2 X4 960t and i do not know which is better please help .

Also I'd suggest the Evo 212 from cooler master, fits many sockets and performs very very well.

mine is a AM3 socket and evo 212 is very large for my cabinet , that is why I had to go with these two.

mine is a AM3 socket and evo 212 is very large for my cabinet , that is why I had to go with these two.

Ok, honestly i'd go with the CM because its always been a fan favorite and performs very well for the money.
