CM PSU fit in an APEX PC389 case?

Hey guys, long time lurker, first time post-er. I was thinking about making a smaller more portable gaming rig with some spare parts i have. I was looking at cheap small cases and came across an APEX PC-389-C. It says it supports ATX12V Version 2.2 PSUs and I have a Cooler Master 500w ATX12V v2.3 and was wondering if anyone knew if it would fit. I'm not too sure about 2.2 and 2.3 compatibility or what that even means

There is no difference in physical size, dimensions or the screw-fixing points between ATX 2.2 and ATX 2.3

The differences are internal. ATX 2.3 specifies the following requirements:

1. 80%+ efficiency recommended.
2. The minimum +12V CPU load requirement is lower (compared to previous version).
