CM seidon 240p cpu cooler

Hello
I have bought 7700k processor with antec c40 cpu cooler.
But when i play cs go,witcher 3,or rainbowsix siege my cpu temp goes upto 80c.in 30 or 40 % load
In overwatch and wd2 sp temp stays under 70.

So i have sold my antec c40 cooler now i want to buy CM seidon 240p water cooler.

So is it enough for my 7700k?
Or i need far better than this.

And one more thing,i dont have much budget more than 90-92 dollars.

And i dont use mid tower chassis,i use table chassis. Custom table chassis.

Oh yes it should be enough even with some good OC.
