CM Silent pro M2 850w VS XFX XTR 750w

I need a new psu and im between this two. i want quietest possible psu, i dont care if its not 80 plus gold.
In my country the xfx is around US $40 more. Is it worth it?

XFX is made by SEASONIC and is the Superior power supply.

I own the 650w version.

I know that, the main question is if its worth to spend the extra 40 bucks on lower ripple noise, black cables and gold certification.
BTW, is it silent at low loads? Thanks.
