cm storm inferno mouse issue

Hey all. Having a rather odd problem. Bought the cm storm inferno. Brand new. When I shut down and then switch on the pc, the mouse is non responsive. I have to unplug and replug for it to become responsive. I don't see the cursor on the screen until I replug. Restarting the pc doesn't give me the problem.

Anyone with any advice?

Install the driver from CM website. http://gaming.coolermaster.com/en/products/mice/inferno/
Also update the MB chipset driver. Or the USB3.2/USB2.0 driver too.

Because look like the compatible issue.
