cm storm octane questions

Can someone please tell me if the cm storm octane mouse is good for fps games like cs go and i was wondering if I should just if I should just get the deathadder chroma mouse an just forget the octane combo because I have a dynex wired keyboard please help me decide and if you have suggestions my budget is 70$
