CM Storm QuickFire TK - which color switches?

I'm considering buying the CM Storm QuickFire TK keyboard, and I'm finding it difficult to decide which color of switches to go with.

I use my computer for both gaming and typing, so ideally I'd like switches that are suitable for both. It's going to be my first mechanical keyboard, so I don't really know which I'd prefer personally. And unfortunately, the shops in my area seem to have completely missed the mechanical keyboard thing, so I'm out of luck when it comes to trying before buying.

I like the looks of the red version best, but I'm not sure if red switches are going to do well for typing; from what I read, they're "gaming" switches. I also like the blue version, but then those switches are supposed to be loud and most suited for typing (and perhaps not so good for gaming?). That leaves the version with the brown switches, which I guess are a good compromise between gaming and typing... but it comes with white lighting which seems rather boring.

So I'm not quite sure what to go with. Any input welcome.

It entirely depends on your own personal preference. I am typing this on a CM Storm Quickfire TK with blues and I love it. The blue switches feel great for typing. In general, reds are what are known for gaming but many people prefer blues for gaming as well. These pictures helped me decide in the end. I also tried blue and brown switches beforehand because I knew that I wanted either of the two.

Some people are dissatisfied with reds, but everyone who I know or hear from that owns blues don't regret anything. Also, blues are very loud when compared with other keys.

Thanks. I went and got the red version in the meantime. Quite happy with it.
