CM Storm Quickfire Ultimate NumPad Issues!

Hello guys. I cant for the life of me get the the numpad on working on the Quickfire Ultimate. When I press the num lock key the the numbers dont work, but when I toggle it off the arrows work but the numbers still dont!

What is wrong? Is my keyboard defective?
