Ok so I just finished building my first computer and *mostly* everything works fine! I have a couple questions, though-mostly about my case:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=11-119-260&Tpk=11-119-260
(I don't have any OS loaded as of now because Windows 7 got lost in shipping. I can hear the POST beep and access the BIOS, but that is it.)
1) My fans all work when I plug them into the motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128546), but none of them work when I plug them into the front panel.
The white cables come from my fan and the black cables run into the front panel.
2) My front panel LED isn't lighting up when I turn on the computer. I can't find any cable that would fit into the power LED slot on the motherboard from the front panel.
3) There is a 4-pin molex slot on the back of the quick-access SSD slot on my case and a 4-pin molex cable that comes out of my front panel. Should I just plug it into itself?
4) There is an AC'97 plug that is attached to my HD audio plug. What is this?
5) Finally, (this one is kind of unrelated) there is a extra slot on the back of my HDD (I circled it in red). I already plugged in the SATA and the data, what is this for?
