Im going to buy HYPER TX3 EVO im wondering how good is the thermal paste that comes in the pack with it (not going to overclock anything)

The differences between the UBER cost and mess and the run-of-the-mill thermal compound is about 5C. https://www.tomshardware.com/best-picks/best-thermal-paste
That won't make a significant difference with normal clocking.

Good to use for sure since it comes from a good company--just be sure what you're buying isn't fake or it might not be good. Lots of fakes abound on all sorts of stuff these days.
