I got a new cooler master v650 watt gold from my RMA...i plugged it in and theres this annoying coil whine coming from the psu..
Whether its on idle or under load the psu just keep on whining..
The whining doesnt increase or decrease tho.
What do guys think faulty psu or just a bad luck with this psu?
