Is this a good air cooler for OC? I want to get 4.4 or 4.5 without spending a lot of money

cpu: i5-4690k
case: cooler master cm storm enforcer

Running one currently with an i7-4770K @ 4.2 (see avatar photo), probably could get it to 4.4 easily but I haven't messed with it.

It's a good air cooler, but it's VERY big, something to be mindful of.
