Hello,i would like to ask if what do i consider first when determining the driver of a particular OS.. is it the motherboard brand model??

The major motherboard mfrs usually have websites with drivers, BIOSes, manuals, and other software that you can access and download (to install); some is for specific OSes, e.g., Windows or linux. They usually post them under "support" or "downloads" by model number. Find the model number that is an EXACT match for your motherboard - to the numbers and letters, then download what you need.
