I have recently been having many issues with my relatively new PC, my computer has been rebooting itself alot and they are not BSODs so I have just been working through my system trying to find the source of the problem.

I ran "chkdsk" in the cmd to check my hard drive and it came up with the following in the 2nd stage:
CHKDSK is verifying indexes (stage 2 of 3)...
57% complete.....
An index entry from index $0 of file 25 is incorrect.
744744 index entries processed.
Index verification completed.
Errors found. CHKDSK cannot continue in read only mode.
Then the check ended there. Does anyone know what this file could be or how I could repair it? Any help would be greatly appreaciated :).

Here is my list of parts if thats relevant at all: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/9r3y23

Your disk could be causing your problems or your problems could be causing disk errors. Anytime your computer suddenly stops you are liable to get errors. If you use the /R (I think) option on chkdsk, it will schedule a check next time you reboot so that it can check and fix errors. The /F suggested above will do the same, but it won't do as thorough of a scan. Both should find errors.
