Question CMD randomly opens and closes it might be malware

Hi recently that cmd opens and closes itself. Sometimes open weird website on my default web browser. Is that malware?

Could be.
Download and run MalwareBytes (free) and see what it finds.

Some non-malware programs use the command prompt on startup, but if websites you don't recognize are opened without you purposefully opening them, that's malware.

Now i've checked it with using malwarebytes it found 9 threat. It's on system32 files. I'll delete them. All of them Adware.
