so its the same but different color?because the qvl of the motherboard shows CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 ver3.31 as compatible while i have CMK16GX4M2A2400C16R available near me.

Usually that was with single sided ram and double sided ram (higher vs lower density).
I dont this anyone had issue with ram at all.
Which motherboard? Usually going by PcPartPicker.com (google it), and putting your PC config into it could show incompabilities.
