[SOLVED] CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 or F4-3000C15D-16GRK for stable OC to cas 14 or less (with b450+ryzen 1700)

title says it. i want as low cas as possible, for as low volting as possible, frequency is cool but secondary.
mobo: b450m mortar (vrm equivalent to a mid range x470)

You're expecting $190 performance out of $109 memory modules. Neither one anybody can say can reliably run at CAS 14. You may be lucky and get a random good one, but I wouldn't count on it. The Corsair I can say runs Samsung B-die (usually) the G-Skill I'm not sure of.

Maybe, but there is no guarantee you will be able to do the same. Maybe you'll get lucky, more likely you'll be stuck near stock speeds.
