No because they are high density; the only kit that will work for sure is https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=F3-1600C11D-8GNT&N=-1&isNodeId=1 (or any other low density kit kit, but they are very difficult to find)

No for Cmz8gx3m2x1600c7r; maybe for cmv8gx3m2a1600c11 if it still is low density. An issue is that manufacturers switched to high density because it costs less to use 8 ICs instead of 16. A good example is https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314 where you can clearly see on the package that it's compatible with socket 1155 (and your motherboard); the kit that's delivered looks identical, but it's high density. The same kit built in 2011 was low density. Guess how I found out.

Contact Corsair support to make absolutely sure they are low density (8 ICs on each side for a total of 16) or that you can return them if they don't work (probably at your expense).

Where did you see it without the heat spreaders that hide the components? According to G.Skill support they are high density (8 ICs on one side).

So the point is if any ram have 16ic or double sided are low density right?

It is used, but I can't see the manufacturing date because the pictures are not good enough. Ask the seller if they have ICs on both sides and the manufacturing date. All 4 GB modules with 16 ICs normally are low density.
