CMOS Battery Asus z87-plus

I need to replace my motherboards CMOS battery to fix a clock issue but I'm not sure what type I'd need. My motherboard is an asus Z87-plus.

All motherboards as far as I know use the same type; a cr2032 button battery. They're 3v and you can buy them in the supermarket (or at least you can in the uk)

Yep definitely cr2032

I would guess that the battery # is marked on the old battery. Otherwise check the manual or Asus customer support.

Good news! They're pretty common, I took one out of the kitchen scales once to tide me over till I went shopping!
