CMOS Battery Cause 50% decrease in FPS?

Hello
mobo that i use have this CMOS Checksum error so i replace the battery
after that CSGO and Crew receive 50% drop in fps i reduce the quality setting but it did not help at all
so what the problem i am including msinfo.nfo and dxdiag.txt to diagnose the problem
pls help me fast

replace the VBAT in 1 week

Replacing the battery reverts all the BIOS settings to default. Go into the BIOS and recheck your settings.
