CMOS battery location

Hey everyone I have a lenovo ideapad 100s 11iBY, and I need to find the cmos battery to reset the BIOS. It was given second hand and from what I've read removing the CMOS battery is the easiest way to reset BIOS. If you have a better solution please let me know, otherwise the location will be most helpful. Thanks in advance.

Simply enter the bios and choose the option to reset defaults.

I didn't really specify that the PC is system locked hence the BIOS reset. I can't access the BIOS or anything else in the machine as it's locked. If you know a way to reset the BIOS or can tell me where the CMOS battery is on this model that would be great thank you

If the bios is locked/password protected you need to contact the previous owner and get the password. We will not assist in bypassing this. Also bios passwords are now normally stored in NVram and removing the cmos battery will not remove them.

I'm the owner, I just can't remember the password I never said it had a previous owner. So what you're telling me is you can't help me find where the CMOS battery is on my own computer? Maybe someone else can help me.

" It was given second hand" this usually means you are not the orginal owner. Either way nobody here will help you reset or bypass a password. Thread closed.
