My Compaq Mini CQ10-100 keeps getting stuck on the screen with Compaq logo with the f9 and f10 options.
The first time it shows that it goes to the American Supertrends or whatever the company is called screen for like a split second and then goes back to the Compaq screen. It keeps doing that and won't boot. However, i managed to capture the video of booting with good quality and read that the only error that American Supertrends got was "CMOS Checksum Bad" and others were fine.
Now, i haven't tried switching the battery because the problem first occured yesterday when i was restarting the laptop. I did use CCleaner to clean up some registries but i don't think it could've deleted any registries what are crucial for booting. Im not entirely sure but yea.
Anyways, Im not able to go to advanced booting options at all, pressing f1, f5, f8, f9, f10 won't even make the "thinking light" blink. Ofcourse the laptop also doesn't do anything with any other keystrokes.
Can someone help me with this? It's really the first time i've seen anything like it 😵

Although it's not the same model of the laptop, the problem is suprisingly similar.
