cmos jumper removed

can someone help me. i accidentally removed the cmos jumper while cleaning the mobo. now after i put it back and tried to turn on the pc there was no power at all. i notice later on that i had put the jumper on the reset position. in haste i put the jumper back to the default. power off but i forgot to pull the power supply. now, when i tried to turn the pc on, only the fan was working, no beep, no dispaly.

Turn the power off, take the battery out. Try the jumper in all positions,put it back to where it should be and re start. If it does not go does your board have a secondary bios? Read the manual.

I did tried it. but when i powered it on still the same. btw the hdd also turns on its just that there was no display the monitor wont detect anything.
