[SOLVED] CMOS Settings Wrong and cant enter BIOS

Before this happened I was trying to fix another problem, I wanted to boot into my USB flash drive but spamming Esc, F1, F2, F8, F11, F12, DEL didn't take me to the BIOS screen nor the boot selection screen. So I tried resetting CMOS settings by taking the CMOS battery out and let it sit for about 8 minutes before putting it back in, after that I power up my PC and thats what led me to this problem. The keyboard backlights are on, and it says that its detecting the keyboard. The numlock lights are also blinking though I dont know what it means

Things I've tried:

• Resetting the battery again
• Bought a new CMOS battery
• Taking off 1 RAM stick
• Taking off the SSD and HDD
• Short the jumper by touching it with a screwdriver (I never had a CMOS jumper on my motherboard)
• Reseating the PSU connector cable, all my USB devices, HDD/SSD

CPU: Intel Xeon X5670
Motherboard: Koloe X58 LGA1366
RAM: 1x8gb 1x4gb
GPU: GTX 750TI 1G
PSU: Delta DPS-750CB

Also my BIOS is Legacy and not UEFI, I dont understand what the differences is though, just heard that I can't boot to BIOS from Windows with Legacy

Try a different keyboard.
Try PS2/ keyboard.

My screen kept going black and freezing my pc constantly when im gaming and my suspicion is that my GPU is dying or my SSD is the one at fault because its had problems causing BSODs in the past, so I wanted to try installing Windows on my HDD and see if it still black screens there. Then I tried booting into my Windows Installation flash drive and yeah the story continues from there

So basically it could be anything: your mobo, your cpu, your gpu, your psu ....
Do you have spare parts, or at least a psu and a gpu to allow testing ?

"CMOS settings wrong" - does it still appear after installing new CMOS battery? If yes, that would suggest motherboard failure.
