I was recently planning on upgrading to windows 11 without waiting for the update or using a bootable flashdrive then I saw this video and followed it (
View: https://youtu.be/YvoX-IVzWaw
) from 01:00 to 01:17 but when I went to BIOS and tried to turn on secure boot it displayed " Secure Boot can be enabled when platform is in user mode Repeat operation after enrolling platform key (PM)" so I searched this problem and then directed me then to turning of CSM and installing default PK keys in key management then I got to turn on secure boot and i went to save and exit then now it wouldnt show POST but all fans are running I have already tried clearing CMOS via removal of battery cell, jumping the cmos jumper and hard reset cmos by removing battery waiting 5mins then continuosly pressing power button for 30secs and turn on and still nothing. So now I am confused on what to do as before turning of CMS and turning on secureboot my pc was running fine

I don't know if it will help now that you did other steps but read this article to see if you can save it.

Hello all. I also have a z390 pro wifi board and have a similar question. I have installed the latest bios, which is F12k. I have the bios changed so that it recognizes TPM 2.0 in Windows 10, shows "manufacture Name: INTC version 2.0." However when I try to run the windows 11 capability checker, it tells me I need to enable secure boot. Here is where I'm concerned because I tried to enable secure boot on by itself and it won't boot past the bios into windows, probably because my boot device is MBR.
So I think I need to do the following now:
  1. Run MBR2GPT.exe /validate and then /convert and change my boot drive to GPT...

  2. Reboot into the BIOS and Disable CSM boot.
  3. Reboot into the BIOS and Enable Secure boot.
I believe that should be it but I'm afraid to make those changes as of now because I DO NOT want to re-install windows. I just want to upgrade my existing version of windows 10. According to some of these youtube videos, if you have windows already installed with secure boot disabled, enabling all this in the bios, you will need to do a fresh install of windows. Is that correct????
