CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 and Haswell, compatible?

I was going to computer shop just now to upgrade my computer, telling them I want to buy:

MSI Z87-G45
Intel Core i5-4430
Corsair Vengeance 1600C9 2x2GB CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9

And the seller told me that CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 is not compatible with Haswell. Which made me leaving the shop and here I come, asking in tomshardware.

So, is CMZ4GX3M2A1600C9 and Intel Core i5-4430 compatible, or not?

It is definitely compatible and you made a good choice in leaving the shop. The only concern would be the tall heat spreaders that can get in the way for large heatsinks, but given your i5-4430, I would assume that you won't be needing it.

Yes they'll work fine, what all will you be doing, 4GB is sort of skimpy, even prebuilt systems these days are coming with 6-8GB of DRAM

I will be using stock CPU cooler that comes with the CPU, so I don't think it's a problem.

Tight budget, moreover the price in my country differ so much for 4GB and 8GB, so I have no choice but to go with 4GB. The motherboard support 4 RAM, so I could add another 2x2GB in the future when the budget allows.
