Whats the biggest dfferance DOcan overclock better? i think i have the CO will i be able to overclock to 3.4?

The bigest difference is the D0 can get higher oc number and be more stable. With your i7 C0 , you should be able to have the oc number you ask, and more. I have a i7 920 stable at 3.82 for 4 month. It's more speed then I really need.
