Coax Input Not Available

I have a Samsung TV with No Coax input. Without adding a dishnetwork box can I buy a converter (Coax to HDMI)? Will this work? If so what kind can i purchase.

No coax means this is monitor, not a TV. You need a digital TV tuner with HDMI output.
