Hello I was wondering if there is a cable or device to turn a normal coax connection into a hdmi. Im trying to hook my cable box through my Xbox one. Thanks.

No, that does not exist.

Coax in to the cable box, then out to the Xbox, yes. Assuming your cable box has HDMI out. Which it should, to deliver the picture and audio to the TV.
Coax in to the Xbox and out to the cable box? No.
