Is cobra command by data east really rare? I've been watching Ebay and I
haven't seen any, except one with a very poor description. I loved this game
when I was a kid, would be cool to have one now.

The dedicated cabinet is rare. Conversion parts are pretty common.
They made conversion kits for just about every laser game produced.
