cod ghosts problem Nvidia gt 650 ti or radeon HD 6850

I have recently upgraded my pc .I have
intel i5 750 processor
(2x4)8 gb ram
1 tb corsair hdd

now i have a limited amount of money left for the gpu
i have done some research and i came up with two gpus
AMD radeon HD 6850 by sapphire and nvidia GTX 650 ti by msi

i know 6850 is much faster than GTX 650 ti but the 6850 does not clear the minimum requirements for cod ghosts .
I am a big fan of the cod series and do not want miss the ghosts but could not explain to myself buying a lower performance GTX 650 ti at roughly the same price.(at a local store)

please help me to choose between the two gpus.
if I buy the 6850 will I be able to play Forthcoming games of the cod series as well as other future games

the only area the 650ti has over the 66850 is in texture rate and mapping units and does so significantly.
The 650ti also has approximately 35% higher clock and memory speed.

256bit vs 128bit

128 vs 86 gb/s

24 vs 16 Gpixels/s

960 vs 768 shading units

thanks mr gee bee you really helped.
so the minimum of radeon hd 5870 for ghosts was afterall a stupid joke by nvidia.
I am going to buy the 6850 .

go for HD 7770 or 7750 than any equilant nvidia card . but HD 7000 series are almost outdated->so better go for R7 , they are designed for latest games, you can even play till 2017 games in future.! costs are practically same.
