Could this run COD: Ghosts with 60 FPS on High ore Ultra?

AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHZ
RAM 8GB
AMD Radeon HD 7750
My Monitor resolution is 1440 900 but I plan to get a better one soon

With your current monitor, you should be pushing close to 60fps, but once you upgrade it will decline.

edit: sorry, that link is for BO:2, but you should figure that ghosts will be even more intensive.
