Question CoD Warzone problem

Hi to all!!! I have an problem .When I open Warzone my CPU freq is dropping and with Cool n Quiet disabled and C6 state .My CPU temp max is 45-55*c and no thermal throttling.Sorry for my English.What can I do??
PC Spec:
CPU:AMD Athlon 880k 4.4ghz OC
MOBO:ASRock FMAA55M-VG3+
MEM:HyperX Fury 2x8gb 2133mhz OC
COOLER:Titan Universal 3 heatpipes and fan from cooler stock AMD 70mm (TTC-NK35TZ/R(KU) )
GPU:ASUS CERBERUS 1050 Ti 4gb OC (1540mhz core and memory 7268mhz overclocked by me)
HDD:WD Blue 1TB
250gb
SSD:Kingston A400 120gb

CPU 94-100%
GPU 78-85% Usage (not all time is,sometime is 100% and is going down )

Without overclock is going to minimum freq speed (freq when is idle) 1.68ghz.With oc is around at 3.68-3.44- 2.70 ghz
