[SOLVED] COD: Warzone texture issue. (RTX 3060)

So my gpu died/burnt(gtx1080) a week ago, i just got my 3060, went on COD and saw some wierd texture issue. So, the smokes and sky look wierd with allot of shades(layers) not smooth, and if i turn Filmic SMAA ON, look at the ground and the gun in the video attached its like wobbly or smtn...

Im not sure why this is happening, if i turn on just SMAA(not filmic) the wobble stops, but i allways had it on when i had 1080 and there was no problems.
Anyone knows whats up?

So guys, i tried allot of things myself and one of them fixed it. I found out there was textures flickering also. Tried uninstalling drivers and reainstalling new & old driver, reinstalling game shaders, and all kinds of settings. But then i was like might as well reinstall the game, and wolaaa same settings and its good again. So yeah, thats how i fixed it, now it looks like this. https://streamable.com/g7pukq
