becase we have not much gb internet packges,, in sri lanka we do not have much GB Quota thats why i asked share share mean setup copy to pendrive and install other pc

When you downloaded it, did you have to sign in?

Since you already have that download, why not just try it?

You have to have a Bethesda account for the game.
Im not sure you can simply copy it to another PC
