[SOLVED] COD World At War Crashing Upon Mission Load

I just started playing 25 mins of COD WAW, which turned out to be running smoothly, no problems but after taking a break then returning to it, it kept on crashing after I click to start the mission.

My specs are:
Windows 10 64-bit
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 2GB OC
8GB RAM
Intel Core i5 2400k (2nd gen)
Dell Optiplex 990

If you hit Alt+Tab before taking a break, it causes problems if you're running 4x AA. The solution is to use 2x AA or force 4x AA externally, like through NCP or Nvidia Inspector.
