While I was surfing the graphics settings in COD WW2, I found out that it shows only 1982 MB As VRAm instead of 2048. It IS a big problem as Putting some settings on high starts stuttering issues.

I'm currently using high settings at 1366x768, while crossing the VRAM limit at 2132 something MB. Increasing any further starts stuttering. m
Graphics card is a GT 1030.

Btw, the GT 1030 ain't so bad, it gives me more than 40 FPS while shootin (drops to a minimum of 20 while in extremely demanding areas). And goes to a max to 60 FPS

The Experience is quite good, but I would like to increase the settings by a bit.

I'm afraid your stuttering problem did not come from that 66MB difference of VRAM shown. You can try limiting yourself to settings that do not impact much on VRAM use, but a 1030 could still only do so much.

And yes, while 40fps can be sufficient and is in fact usual up until early '10s, it's still enough to make some out there squeal in despair these days.

You still need a better graphic card if you want more graphic quality and framerate. A 1050Ti should about double that, if it would not be bottlenecked by something else.
