[SOLVED] Cod4 fps were 250 now 60

I downloaded cod4 twice now and when I started I made a new cfg and copied paradox into it and I had 250 fps at that time but I went and added a quickscope bind and now my fps is stuck at 60 I have max fps 250 but still stuck at 60
I have i5 8 gen
7 gb ram
No graphic card
I tried everything
Got a new cfg
Reinstalled it but same things occurs
Lowered the graphics
Everything
Please help me

Sounds kind of like VSync has been enabled, and your monitor's refresh rate is 60Hz.

Did you check to make sure that VSync isn't turned on? Being stuck at 60FPS when you haven't made any hardware changes sounds like a VSync issue.

My monitor refresh rate is 60hz
And yes the sync is off

Btw on my brothers laptop he has a novice GTX 990 or something and same problem I had 250 fps but now it's stuck at 60

I pressed alt+enter to make my game smaller
And it worked my fps shot up to 250 but I couldn't play because the screen was small and when I fullscreened it the fps shot back down to 60

Possible issues causing it:

1) Driver update causing a problem. However, since you're apparently running on the integrated graphics, & your brother is using a dedicated GPU, driver problems doesn't sound like a likely cause.
2) Problems with an add-on and/or mod for the game. Try running the game without any add-ons (i.e. take the quickscope bind off), using the default configuration. If that fixes it...then 1 or more add-ons (either individually or in concert) are causing the problem.
3) Check on COD4's site forums to see if this happened after a patch. Occasionally, a new patch may cause issues on games.

Yeah when I newly installed and ran a new cfg without any bind I had 125 fps then when I added the binds it went to 60 and when I removed it or played in default it still was stuck at 60
I minimized my game and then used a full screen resolution and now I got a good fps and good quality
And btw my pc and hit 125 and 140 fps which fps should I choose

And can you tell me about the anti aliasing should I off them and also which texture setting is good and what is antistrophic aliasing (sorry for bad english)
