Cod4 mp not working

Hello everyone i am new here.I recently installed cod4 and in the directory i saw there was no mp option.i downloaded the iw3mp from the internet and put it in the cod4 directory but when i start the multiplayer a error pops up saying exe_err_not_found-configure_mp.csv.
Guys please help

The COD 4 PC server was shut down a few years ago unfortunately. Other servers have been set up by people to find servers.
