Code 12 intel driver

I'm having a code 12 (it's about insufficient memory resourse) at intel 28f320c3 flash update device driver v6.4 in the manage section of my pc . I've got this after installing windows 7 . Im having hp Compaq dx7400 Mt . With 4gb ran . And core 2 duo 2.66 E6750. And ati radeon hd 5450 2GB ddr3 .
