I am not able to use my Nvidia graphics card to play games.

  1. First of all, MBDA properties shows Code 31 error with something like POSTed driver are not same as installed drivers.
  2. There is no option to rollback the driver and when I try to update it via system update or manually after uninstalling with DDU and other cleaning tool it still shows this error
error while installing nvidia: page fault in non-paged area, nvlddmkm.sys
I'm fixing it on my own and not able to for last month. Please suggest a fix so that I can use my Nvidia 1050 graphics card on my Lenovo Legion y530 laptop.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

The only app that you do need to work with is DDU. If that's not helping then either your platform might have a dead physical discrete GPU or your OS is corrupt. Mind sharing the OS version for Windows 10 at the time of writing? Please share where you sourced the installer for your OS. Also, can you check and see what your laptop's BIOS version is for your motherboard? You can find that info under the Mainboard tab in CPU-Z.

Use the serial number for your laptop to narrow down the support page for the laptop and see if you have any BIOS updates pending for the laptop.

At this point, how old is the laptop?

@Lutfij thanks.
Tried DDU but it didn't work.
I have installed windows 11 recently using bootable USB, thought it might fix. I'm not sure what was the version when this issue first appeared (2-3 months back)
source for creating bootable is Microsoft's site.
BIOS version is 8JCN56WW I've checked for updates.
I have used Lenovo tools too for driver update and laptop is an year old.

during RESET also it completes the clean but throws the same error PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA when it begin with the installation part.

while installing windows through bootable I've formatted all the drives because of it. For now I'm keeping MBDA disabled so that the system doesn't crash.

wonder how else can I install all the display drivers or MBDA from scratch. Is there a way to validate.
