code 43 then i uninstalled my gpu in device manager for troubleshooting now my pc cant detect it

i was playing pubg then it errored so i checked my device manager and turns out windows has code 43 on my gtx 1060 and the vid card that my laptop is using was the intel hd one
so i searched for troubleshoots and now im stuck here with my pc not detecting my video card anymore

What if you right click in device manager and hit scan for hardware changes. Does it detect anything?
