Code 45 in device manager for the second gpu of my rig(not matching)

So basically I had largely moved from 3A games to esport games and thus pretty much idles my gtx 1070. I also had a spare gt 1030 so to save power i changed my gpu to the gt 1030 while keeping the gtx 1070 for later use. I wasn't about to sell my gtx 1070 but I thought about using it to mine in the background while using my gt 1030 to game. I plugged both cards in and since i've been using the gt 1030 I only updated the driver for gtx 1070. For some reason(I am guessing drivers) I got error code 45 for my gt 1030 when I realised that I could not find my gt 1030 in windows graphics setting and looked into device manager. Can someone tell me if its driver-related and a solution to it? Thanks!

Gtx 1070

Corssair 16gb ram kit
ASUS Prime Z370 A

u could have driver conflict...use DDU in safe mode than install new drivers
