Last night, I put in my old GTX 980 Ti in my computer to see if it was working. It worked. I put my new GPU in and immediately noticed that my mouse buttons had stopped working. I managed to get into safe mode and figure it all out, but when I returned to regular Windows 10 I realized my ethernet wasn't working and neither were my audio devices. Right now, getting a connection is my priority, I can fix the audio stuff later. In device manager, the "Intel Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V" says "Windows is still setting up the class configuration for this device. (Code 56)." I put the drivers for the device on a flash drive and it says that the device cannot be found. If I try to do it manually it just says I already have the best drivers for the device. I have literally no clue what to do at this point, any help is appreciated. I've tried all the minor stuff like network reset and Window's troubleshooter.

Did you try uninstalling the current driver? Also go to

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network Connections

and if you have a VPN device there disable it and see if that works
